Ele’s ability to understand life and communicate to all ages far exceeds her 13 years. At AMTC, Ele won “Best Overall Child Singer” when she was 8 years old for her rendition of “I Love To Laugh.” This performance paved the way to the final call backs for the original cast of Disney’s “Mary Poppins” on Broadway. For the next several years, Ele was very involved in the Atlanta musical theatre community. Growing up with a father who is a worship leader, Ele had always used her talents at church. During a youth retreat at age 11, God put a burning desire in her heart to share His Word through song. With this new direction in her life, Ele began writing with a passion. Ele’s music caught the attention of Dove Award winning singer/songwriter Cindy Morgan and a collaborative enterprise began. The title track “Your Girl” from her debut album encourages others that they don’t have to be perfect because God loves them just the way they are.
