Stereos - Uncontrollable (Deluxe Version) [2010]

(TORONTO - October 20, 2010) Following an incredible year since the release of their self-titled debut, Stereos are set to release their sophomore album,Uncontrollable, on Universal Music Canada, the country’s leading music company, on December 14, 2010. The first single, also titled Uncontrollable, will hit radio airwaves and be available for purchase on iTunes on October 25, 2010.

"If this album's wrong, I don't want to be right," says Stereos vocalist, Pat Kordyback. "Everything around this new album feels perfect."

Since making their national debut on the hit MuchMusic show disBAND in 2009, Stereos have become household names with no less than 4 singles from their debut charting on Canadian radio, two 2010 JUNO nominations for Best Pop Album and Best New Artist, three MMVA Nominations, a GOLD album certification, and two double Platinum awards for their singles "Summer Girl" and "Throw Your Hands Up".

Praised for their unique ability to blend R&B, hip-hop, reggae, rock, metal and punk, the new Stereos' new album delves deeper into influences from previously-untapped resources.

"With this album, we've been writing with more of a club/dance vibe," Kordyback reveals. "We've been exposed to that scene and it's really interesting. We're also writing more for our age; we're honing and refining but it's not rash. It's still Stereos."

With more than 250,000 Facebook followers, 2 million MySpace plays, 15 million You Tube views, and over 70,000 Twitter followers, Stereos is arguably the biggest pop band in Canada. Uncontrollable will surely seal the deal.
